EdgeStar Wine Cooler Error Codes — Complete List

EdgeStar wine coolers show only a handful of codes. The IWR280SZ owner's manual says E1 or E2 means the air temperature sensor has failed and E7 means the door switch has failed, and its answer to both is to call for service. Before that call, a power reset and a check of the door seal and ventilation clearances are worth a minute.

• E1 (E2) E1 is EdgeStar's temperature-sensor-failure code on its wine-cooler display.
