Hisense Washer Codes

• F01 Your Hisense washer isn't filling — F01 is the water-inlet fault, usually a closed tap, a kinked hose, or a clogged inlet filter rather than the valve.
• F02 Your Hisense washer sensed too much water — F02 is the overflow fault, so turn off the tap; the usual causes are a stuck inlet valve or a pressure-sensor problem.
• F03 Your Hisense washer can't drain — F03 is the drainage fault, usually a clogged pump filter, a kinked drain hose, or a blocked standpipe.
• dE Your Hisense washer can't confirm the door is locked — dE is the door-lock fault, so the cycle won't start until it's satisfied the door is shut.
• FA Your Hisense washer detected a leak — FA is the anti-flood trip, so turn off the supply; finding and fixing the leak is a technician job.
