Whynter Wine Cooler Codes
- E0 E0 is Whynter's communication-fault code — the control board isn't talking to the display or sensors properly.
- E1 E1/E2 flags a failed temperature sensor inside the cabinet — the control can't judge cooling demand.
- E5 E5 points to the defrost heater — the component that melts ice off the coils so airflow can recover.
- E7 E7 means the door-switch (magnetic or mechanical) isn't reporting a closed state reliably.
- E3 E3 or E4 on a Whynter wine cooler means the defrost sensor in the evaporator has failed — the manual's only remedy is to call for service.
