Fisher & Paykel Range Error Codes — Complete List
Fisher & Paykel ovens use three user alerts: A1 when the oven has overheated and needs to cool, A2 when the door couldn't lock at the start of Self Clean, and A3 when it won't unlock afterwards. Any F-plus-number code is a technical fault for a technician.
- A1 A1 on a Fisher & Paykel oven means the oven overheated and locked down heating. Let it cool completely — the alert clears by itself once it has.
- A2 A2 on a Fisher & Paykel oven means the door couldn't lock when Self Clean started. Cycle the power and try again with the door firmly shut.
- A3 A3 on a Fisher & Paykel oven means the door won't unlock after Self Clean finished. Power-cycle and gently press the door to help the latch release.

Don't switch the power off at the wall while the oven is hot — the cooling fans need to keep running.
