Haier Error Codes
Pick the code your Haier appliance is showing. Each page explains what the code means, the most likely causes ranked by probability, and which fixes are safe to try before calling a technician.
Haier Washer Codes
- dO Your Haier portable washer thinks the lid is open — dO (shown as E0 or E2 on some units) is the lid-switch code, so it won't spin until the lid reads closed.
- dd Your Haier washer flagged dd during the spin — it's the out-of-balance code, cleared by spreading the load evenly and levelling the machine.
- Err5 Your full-size Haier washer didn't fill to level in time — Err5 is the fill fault, usually a closed tap, a kinked hose, or a clogged inlet filter.
- Err2 Your Haier washer couldn't pump out in time — Err2 is the drain fault, raised when the tank doesn't empty within the program's drain window, usually a blocked filter or hose.
- Err7 Your Haier washer detected a motor-speed fault — Err7 is a motor/control error, and beyond a single power reset it's a technician repair.
